We kindly request a 2-day notice for any cancellations or changes to your pet’s appointment. If cancellations are made later than this, a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee will be charged to your account. Confirmed appointments canceled or rescheduled on the day of the appointment will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the appointment fee. Please note that for multiple pet appointments in a single household, the cancellation policy applies to EACH scheduled pet.

At AcuVets, our mission is to ensure prompt care for all pets requiring veterinary attention. When an appointment is scheduled for your pet, but they fail to attend, it deprives another pet of essential veterinary care. As a house call practice, our daily appointments are limited due to travel time and the necessary care duration for each pet. Our cancellation policy aims not to charge for missed appointments, but to emphasize the importance of either keeping your pet’s appointment or rescheduling in a manner that allows other pets to receive necessary care. We value each of our clients and are committed to keeping your pets happy and healthy!
